A guided practice for tracing the liminal passages of your life and shaping them into a telography, a story of your soul, in words, images, music, or whatever form feels true. Through Soul Discovery sessions, participants reflect on what their turning points meant for their becoming; through Story Crafting sessions, they give that journey form. No artistic experience needed. Built for all spiritual traditions, and none.

About the Founder
S. K. Kruse is a fiction writer and Co-Curator of The Liminality Project, where she serves alongside founding curator Dr. Timothy Carson. Her work explores the betwixt-and-between of human experience through short fiction, essays on The Liminal Hub, and telography, a word she coined for "the story of a soul," or an account of one's becoming.

She created Limen & Lumen as a home for liminal resources: a place to gather the practices, presentations, and facilitator kits she has developed for people standing at a threshold, and for the guides, teachers, and circles who walk alongside them. The in-between can be disorienting and lonely. Limen & Lumen exists so that no one has to cross it without a little light.

Her books include Tales From the Liminal (Deuxmers, 2021) and the Soul-Making Keats Literary Award-winning telography Of Beginnings and Ends (Deuxmers, 2026). She founded the annual Liminal Essay Contest for high school and college students and writes Libations from the Liminal, a newsletter from the borderlands.
